Queensryche one or two? None please!

Personally, as a long time fan, I am tired of the internet war the 2 bands have put fans in.

On one side, there is Geoff Tate and his new Queensryche.  This band consists of:

Rudy Sarzo, Bobby Blotzer, Glen Drover, Kelly Gray and Randy Gane, with Geoff singing of course.

Then there is the other Queensryche, which consists of:

Michael Wilton, Eddie Jackson, Scott Rockenfield, Parker Lundgren and Todd La Torre....who is the singer for Crimson Glory.

Why does there have to be 2 Queensryches?  Really?  What's the point?  The name has been marred by both sets for all their own arrogant reasons.

One side says they don't care what the other does.  That's fine, but what about your fans?  Don't you care about us?

Face it guys, the band name Queensryche is DEAD--history--gone.

To Michael, Scott and Eddie:  What was wrong with the band name Rising West?  It was cool and was a HUGE chance for you guys to make a go of things.  Break free and do music that you like.  Nah, you'd rather play old Ryche songs.  *rolls eyes*

To Geoff:  You had a successful run as the GT Solo Band the first time around.  What was wrong with that name again?  It was the individual and not the name Queensryche that made your first solo CD successful.

Now I will put you 4 together:  Geoff, Michael, Eddie and Scott--the only remaining members of a once great band--Queensryche.  Please, drop the silliness for the band name.  Your fans know your names and faces and I'll bet most know how to find you in the music business.  Bury the name Queensryche because it takes the 4 of you together to use it successfully.

I'm sad that it has come to this....Queensryche was a favorite touring band of mine.  I enjoyed my trips to Chicago, Nashville and St. Louis for your concerts.

It's been a fun ride.
